A fictional beer brewing company that is inspired by U.S. National Parks. It’s a gluten-free brewery that prides itself on “tasting the experience.” Can’t make a trip to Yellowstone? Enjoy their Yellowstone Lager right in your backyard and get transported. As well as having three beers in select stores, their brewery is located in Owl Creek, WY, near Yellowstone.
The goal of this brewery is inspired by friends to have a gluten allergy or celiac who enjoyed beer before their condition. There are many beers that claim to sell “gluten-free” while their facility manufactures gluten and gluten-free beer. Consumers are uncomfortable buying a brand when they aren’t certain they’ll get an adverse reaction. National Parks Brewing Co. is the answer.
The demand for gluten-free beer is growing as more and more people are diagnosed with gluten allergies and Celiac disease. The supply is slim in terms of truly gluten-free facilities. This is an exciting and profitable market.
